Ban on Flavored Tobacco by the FDA - Who Makes Flavored Cigarettes?

The FDA set the ban to begin Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
This was done because the cigarettes appealed too easily to minors. The only type of flavored cigarette you can purchase are menthol. When the ban was announced the stores selling flavored cigarettes scrambled to sell their remaining stock.
Brands include Sweet Dreams and Djarum - flavors included apple, cola,
orange, vanilla, cherry, strawberry.

From the FDA:
Smoking is the leading cause of preventable death in the United
States, claiming over 400,000 lives each year. An important way to
reduce the death and disease caused by smoking is to prevent children
and adolescents from starting to smoke.
